Since she is a schoolteacher by profession, she quickly points out that her jewelry designs are a pleasant surprise and that her career as an educator always comes first. Despite having a full-time job, this Canadian jewelry designer is making a name for herself with her Victorian-inspired pieces. Her work has been showcased on the red carpet at the 2020 Oscars, in fashion magazines, and on the runways during fashion week, and it has also been included in gifting suites at Cannes, The Golden Globes, and The Emmys.(“Pretty Little Liars” star Shay Mitchell wearing Madame Nadine Jewelry. Published Sun, 23 Feb 2025 06:23:59 GMT

By Eric Tucker | Associated PressWASHINGTON — A lawyer for Donald Trump was back in court Friday after being ordered to answer questions before a grand jury investigating the possible mishandling of classified documents at the former president’s Florida estate.M. Evan Corcoran entered federal court in the District of Columbia early Friday morning, one week after a federal judge ruled in favor of the Justice Department in forcing Corcoran to answer additional questions before a grand jury that has been hearing testimony for months. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., waving around photos of dead babies before launching into an argument for expansive wolf killing.“Since we’re talking about the Endangered Species Act, I’m just wondering if my colleagues on the other side would put babies on the endangered species list,” Boebert said, as she flipped through a series of graphic images. “These babies were born in Washington, D.C., full-term. I don’t know, maybe that’s a way we can save some children here in the United States.”Boebert did not elaborate on the connection she saw between a law passed to protect imperiled wildlife and the viability of the human species, the most widespread mammal on the planet. Nevertheless, the tone for the day was set.Boebert was on hand Thursday to discuss her “Trust the Science Act,” a proposal for the nationwide removal of federal protections for wolves, bef...
