An ostentatious plan to open a $2 billion theme park in Oklahoma grabbed headlines this month. A Pittsburg man was killed Monday when his recreational vehicle went into a ditch near Isleton, the California Highway Patrol said.The crash was reported at 8:15 a.m. on westbound Highway 12 at Jackson Slough Road.
