(KRON) -- The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old girl. Olivia Heath was last seen on Nov. 5 at 9 p.m. in the 600 block of 12th Street. Two suspects arrested in connection to Romanian organized crime ring in San Jose She is described as 14-years-old, Black female, 5-foot-3 in height, 90 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Her clothing at the time of her disappearance is unknown. The National Women’s Soccer League is looking to add a 16th team, Commissioner Jessica Berman announced Friday. The league currently stands at 12 teams, with the Utah Royals and Bay FC in Northern California joining next season. A 15th team in Boston is set to launch in 2026. “Our preliminary analysis of the landscape is that we have more than a dozen qualified investor groups from different markets around the U.S. who are extremely interested in the kinds of investment we know is required in order to operationalize a successful team,” Berman said. Berman made the comments on Friday in a state-of the league address ahead of the NWSL’s championship game at San Diego’s Snapdragon Stadium. (AP) — Portland Trail Blazers center Robert Williams III will require surgery for torn ligaments in his right knee and is expected to miss the rest of the season, the team said on Friday. Williams was injured in the fourth quarter of Portland’s 112-100 loss at home to Memphis on Sunday night. He was knocked to the ground underneath the Grizzlies’ basket and came up limping. He tried to play, but left the court and headed straight for the locker room.The 6-foot-9 Williams was acquired from the Boston Celtics via an offseason trade. The judge in Peter Nygard’s sexual assault trial is urging the jury to keep deliberating after they asked how to proceed if they can’t reach a unanimous decision on one of the counts.The jury, which has been deliberating since late Wednesday afternoon, also asked the judge Friday evening to define a “significant” amount of time as it relates to unlawful confinement.
