While we try to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete, in no circumstances do we accept liability arising from inaccuracy or omission in the information on this site. We advise you to independently verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it. Neither Heaton Camillo Limited nor the suppliers of material on this site shall be responsible for or liable for any loss or damage to you or any third party, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, howsoever arising from use of the website. Nothing in these term and conditions shall exclude liability for personal injury or death resulting from Heaton Camillo Limited’s fraud, negligence or willful default.

The course you attend and any information provided both prior to and after the course, will be fulfilled by Heaton Camillo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 8235126 whose registered office is at 2nd Floor, 77 Kingsway, London WC2B 6SR, Great Britain.

When placing your order to book a delegate place on-line, when you click “Book” you will receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received successfully and is being processed, the contract between us is formed at this point. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately. We reserve the right not to fulfill and to cancel orders in the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfill your order at the correct price, or if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card.


Delivery in the context of the provision of training courses and other services provided by Heaton Camillo Limited, are made either at the venue where the courses are provided, or via email where delivery relates to the provision of supporting documents.  Failure on your part to attend the course does not constitute failure on the part of Heaton Camillo Limited to have delivered the training course.  These terms are subject to our cancellation policy as set in CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS below.


Any booking for a course may be cancelled up to one calendar week prior to the course start date and time and result in a full refund which shall be promptly made via a refund onto the debit or credit card with which you made the payment.  Alternatively you may elect to select an alternative date and transfer your booking to that date.  In the event that a cancellation incurs within one calendar week prior to the course start date and time you may either elect to receive 50% of course fee in return, or transfer to an alternative course date should there be one listed on the website.

If, after transferring to another course date, you subsequently cancel that course within one calendar week of the course start date and time, then the cancellations and refund terms as set out above will apply as if this alternative course date booking were a new booking for that course date.

In the event that two courses have been booked and cancelled, you will not be eligible for a refund.


Prices displayed on the booking and payment section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted on screen may include VAT and will be clearly indicated if this is the case.
